b) Steckengebliebenes Filament entfernen • Removing stucked filament
(1) Entfernen der
Filamentführung sowie
der Justierschrauben. Filament(teile)
entfernen.
(2) Können die Teile nicht etfernt wer-
den, abnehmen der Frontplatte.
(3) Falls notwendig auch das Förderrad
entferenen
(4) Bei der Montage des Förderrades
ist besonders darauf zu achten, dass das
Förderrad (A) mit der unteren Fila-
mentführung (B) im Extruder fluchtet
(eine falsche Position kann zu Förder-
problemen führen!).
(1) Remove filament tube and adjust-
ment screws. Remove filament fragments.
(2) If not all the fragments can be remo-
ved, also dismantle the front panel.
(3) If necessary even remove the conveyor
wheel.

(4) When mounting the conveyor wheel
again, it is imperative to precisely
align the conveyor wheel (A) with the
lower end of the filament tube (B)!
Misalignment can lead to extrusion
problems
Lässt sich das Filament nicht fördern bzw. ist im Extruder gebrochen:
In case the filament got stuck or broken off inside the extruder, follow this steps to remove it:
Oft ein Zeichen dafür, dass der Anpress-
druck zu hoch ist. Der Fehler kann jedoch
auch durch zu geringen Anpressdruck
verursacht werden.
Ebenfalls begünstigt eine geringe Layerhöhe
diesen Fehler (durch oftmalige Redraction
in einem keinen Bereich des Filamentes).
Often an indicator for a too high contact
pressure, but could also be caused by
a too low contact pressure though.
A small layer hight can also increase the
probability of such an error (owing to
frequent retraction within a short segment of
filament).
