1. Bring Left Crank (No.83) to high position, and insert Left Hinge Bolt (No.1) with Roller (No.97)
through Crank.
2. Place Spring Washer (No.6) over Left Hinge Bolt.
3. Screw Left Hex Nut (No.99) by hand onto Left Hinge Bolt in a clockwise direction.
4. Tighten Left Hex Nut by screwing it in clockwise direction with Single Wrench provided until tight
against Spring Washer and Crank.
5. Screw Left Lock Nut (No.7) by hand onto Left Hinge Bolt in a clockwise direction.
6. Tighten Left Lock Nut by screwing it in clockwise direction with wrench provided until tight
against Left Hex Nut.

Step 2a: Attaching Left Hinge Bolt
Locate the Left Hinge Bolt.
Please note that the Left Hinge
Bolt is marked with the “L”,
as illustrated.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Left
Hinge Bolt has a right-hand thread,
so you need to screw the Hex Nut
and Lock Nut onto the Left Hinge
Bolt in a clockwise direction.

BATTERY DISPOSAL:
Discharged batteries must be properly disposed off and recycled in compliance with all
applicable laws. For detailed information, contact your local waste or recycling authority.
WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF ALCALI-MANGAN BATTERIES.
3. FUNCTIONS:
TIME:
The time of exercise will displayed by pressing MODE key until brand TM appears.
CALORIES:
The calories burned will be displayed by pressing MODE key until brand CAL appears.
SPEED (in “Elliptical” mode only):
Current speed will be shown by pressing MODE key until
brand SPD appears.
DISTANCE (in “Elliptical” mode only):
The distance of each workout will be displayed by pressing
MODE key until brand DIST appears.
COUNTS (in “Stepper” mode only):
The counts of exercise will be displayed by pressing MODE
key until brand CNTS appears.
4. RESET:
The unit can be reset by changing the battery or pressing the MODE key for 2 seconds.
All the values will be reset to ZERO.
BATTERY:
This monitor uses one battery (1.5V UM-4 or AAA). If the functions display improperly on the monitor,
either reinstall or replace the battery.
