Drip Tray Drain Operation
The master control switch panel located in the galley header controls the drip tray
drain. Press the switch to drain the drip tray.

Hot Liquid Container Removal
Note: Make certain the switch for the hot liquid container is “Off” before attempting
to remove the container from the galley. See previous page for switch
operation.
Two Prepco hot liquid containers are located in the upper section of the galley. Each
hot liquid container holds one gallon and is easily removed for filling. The master
control switch panel in the galley header controls each hot liquid container separately
(see previous page for switch operation).
To remove and fill hot liquid containers:
1. Lift up on the bottom of hot
liquid container door and rotate
up 90 degrees.
2. Slide door back.
3. Lift up slightly on the front of the
hot liquid container and slide
forward to remove.
Caution: Be careful when
removing, hot liquid
container may be HOT.
