Machine installation 

Machine installation procedures are described below and if machine is not correctly installed, shaking or noise 

may occur and patterns can’t be correctly embroidered. 

Precautions for installation and transportation 

Maximum operating environment temperature is 5°C (4 0°F) to 4°C (104°F), and machine operating in a hot  or cold environment 
may cause permanent damages. 

To prevent machine malfunction, avoid exposing the machine to sunlight. 

Install the machine on a stable stand in horizontal position, adjust the height by regulating nuts which are located on the feet of 
the machine. 

To prevent fire caused by overheating machine or damage caused to machine, do not place any objects beneath embroidery  
blocking ventilation opening of machine. 

The machine weighs about 45kg, and the transportation or installation of embroidery machine shall be performed by two per-
sons. 

Ensure two persons raise the machine from the groove in the bottom of machine. since personal injury can be caused by falling 
machine.  

To prevent machine malfunction, in case of lightening please shut down the machine and unplug power lines. 

Before installation, do not insert power lines, to avoid bodily injury which can be caused by accidental activating of the machine 
by pressing Start/Stop button. 

Do not swallow lubricating grease, and keep children away from machine oil. 

Do not touch the machine or any part when installing or disassembling of the embroidery frame or other parts nor during mainte-
nance. 

Basic requirements of installation 

·Machine should be located at least 50mm (2 inch) away 
from the wall. 

·Sufficient space should be reserved around the machine—
embroidery frame with hoop will change its position during 
embroidering  

·Do not place any object in the area of movement range of 
embroidery frame. 

·Install the machine close to a power socket. 

· The machine needs to be installed on stable surface. 

·The table under the machine should have the capacity of 
more than 45kg. 

·Sufficient space shall be reserved around the ventilation 
hole behind and below the machine.
