Greasing and adjusting the gear chain.
You must grease the chain with chain oil or chain spray on
a regular basis. This should be done at least once a month
or according to need. Remove the connecting link and
remove the chain. Wash the chain. Then grease it with
chain oil or chain spray. Finally fit the chain on the vehicle.
If you use your Texas Off-Roader in dusty and wet
areas you must wash and grease the chain often.
Precaution
Make sure that the connecting link is fitted correctly when you fit the chain after greasing.
If not the chain may fall off when using your Texas King Off-Roader. The gap of the link
should be opposite to the driving direction.
9.9.1
Adjustment
You should adjust the chain to a density of 15-25 mm. Do as
follows:
1: Slacken the chain by loosening the bolt and nut of the
chain wheel.
2: Loosen the locking bolt on the chain support and adjust
the bolt until the correct density is reached.
3: Tighten the bolt and nut of the chain wheel.
4: Tighten the locking bolt of the chain support.

Hour counting
The hour counter is placed on the left side of the vehicle.
