1 Introduction
This board enables the TPS7H5001-SP to be connected to other components needed to quickly prototype and
evaluate a complete power converter design. The TPS7H5001-SP is placed on an open test board similar
to the board used in the
TPS7H5001-SP Lookahead Total Ionizing Dose (TID) Radiation Report
. Adding test
points and voltage terminals is the only major change to the design that was needed to facilitate probing
the TPS7H5001-SP without additional hardware. Minor changes were made to the BOM for manufacturability
purposes.

• 0.613-V ±1% Voltage reference overtemperature, radiation, and line and load
• Adjustable slope compensation and soft start
• Configurable duty cycle limit
