Measuring Short-Circuit Output-Current Limit
shows the recommended test setup for measuring the short-circuit output-current limit. Add an
external switch to control when the short circuit branch is active. This allows the user to exercise the
device in full load to short circuit scenarios. The enable switch should be pulled low and apply the J6
jumper for this test setup. Changing the R
ILIM
jumpers in this setup allows the user to adjust the output
short-circuit current.
