5.14 Test Procedure
shows a typical setup for the R
ON
test of the EVM. VBIAS voltage must be present for the device
to function, keep this voltage level constant between 2.5 V – 5.25 V. Adding a shunt across JP1 will
connect the VBIAS pin to VIN1 (pin1 to pin2) or VIN2 (pin2 to pin3). When testing with input voltages
below 2.5 V JP2 shunt must be removed and VBIAS tied to another voltage source.
