.page
Eject Page in Listing
4-76
Syntax
.page
Description
The .page directive produces a page eject in the listing file. The .page directive
is not printed in the source listing, but the assembler increments the line count-
er when it encounters it. Using the .page directive to divide the source listing
into logical divisions improves program readability.
Example
This example shows how the .page directive causes the assembler to begin
a new page of the source listing.
