Figure 3 shows a complete schematic of the TMP007 test board. The SDA, SCK, and ALERT pins are
pulled up by the SM-USB-DIG built-in pull-up resistance and 47-k Ω pull-up resistance combined in
parallel. Overall pull-up resistance for these signals remains at approximately 9 k Ω . Capacitor C2
functions as a bypass capacitor for DVDD or V+. Resistors R1 and R2 are 0- Ω resistors that ground the
ADDR0 and ADDR1 pins, hence the I2C device address for the TMP007EVM is 80h. The TMP007 ALERT
signal is connected to an LED light to visually demonstrate functionality.
