Importing and Exporting Data
Note
When you export data from a range of cells, empty cells in the
range are treated as if they contained the value 0.
Importing Data from a List
1. Select
Menu
, and then select
Options
>
Import/Export
>
Import List
.
2. Enter the list name at the
List Name
prompt, and then press

.
Tip
You can enter the list name, or select it from the LIST NAMES
menu (
\
).
3. Enter the cell address for the first cell where you want the list
imported at the
1st Cell
prompt, and then press
¯
.
4. Select
Down
to import the list into a column, and then press
¯
.

Select
Right
to import the list into a row.
5. Press

two times to import the list.
