This value is used to generate the TIMEMARK F event by comparing
with the ASQ timer counter value. TIMEMARK_F value [15:0] are
compared to ASQ Timer Counter [17:2]
TIMEMARK F event is to check out if the measurement is completed
within this time limit. The ASQ time counter is reset. The TMFTO
interrupt is generaed if an measurement has not been completed
until the event occurrs. The event will abort all of the pre-
programmed measurment sequences. The minimum value is two.
Note: TIMEMAR E should be programmed to be longer than
TIMEMARK F.
