CAF threshold used for leaving film mode as part of bad edit
detection (only used if fmd_bed_enable is active): If the combing
artifacts is greater than this threshold, CAF is detected and thus the
state machine will be forced to leave the film mode. If the user
prefers to be more conservative in using film mode, decrease this
threshold.
