1 Overview
The ADS9817EVM-PDK is a platform for evaluating the performance of the ADS9817 SAR ADC, which is a
±2.5-V, ±5-V, ±10-V, and ±12-V, single-ended input, 18-bit, 2-MSPS/Ch device. The evaluation kit includes the
ADS9817EVM board and an FMC connecter adapter board used to interface the ADC with many FPGA kits. The
(sold separately) is a digital controller board that can be used with this evaluation kit and the
EVM software GUI to communicate with the device, graph measured results, and compute common figures of
merit (such as SNR and THD).
