Data Collection to Text Files
The
Data Monitor
page of the GUI allows data to be saved in a tab-delimited text file format that can be
imported into Excel
®
, or other spreadsheet software tools. The text file contains the raw ADC data of both
channel A and channel B in decimal data format. Information such as the device name, date and time, the
sampling frequency, and number of samples of the data record are also stored. In order to save any data
captured by the EVM, click on the
Save Data
button and specify the file path and file name of the data file,
as shown in
Figure 22. Saving Data to a Text File
