Power Consumption – 5 Amps
Installation
1.
Set machine on a stable working bench or table.
2.
Use the two mounting holes located on the base of the machine to bolt machine down.
(Optional)
3.
Plug in electrical cord to properly fused and grounded receptacle.
Operation
1.
Flip power switch located on lower right side of machine to “ON”. Green light on
control panel indicates power is “ON”.
2.
Set top platen temperature control located at the center of control panel to desired
setting. Allow 10 minutes for platen to heat up. While platen is heating the
corresponding red light on the control panel will remain on. When platen reaches
desired temperature the red light will turn off momentarily. As the temperature
controllers phase on and off to maintain desired platen temperature, the red light will
also phase on and off. The temperature to the platen can be turned off by turning knob
counterclockwise until it clicks.
3.
Set Timer Control located on the left of control panel to desired cycle dwell time. This
time setting will repeat each press cycle until changed.
4.
To actuate press, pull handle down until platen locks in the down position. When press
cycle is complete, the buzzer will sound, alerting the operator to lift the top head up to
the open position.
5.
To immediately stop a cycle, lift the handle up to the open position during the cycle
time.
Maintenance
Check teflon and sponge to ensure good working order.
Check spring tension and adjust as needed.
