Symptom

iPod Player

Unit does not respond

Possible Cause

AC plug has not been 

inserted into electrical 

outlet properly.
Incorrect iPod adaptor is

used.

iPod did not install properly.

iPod is not installed 

properly.

iPod is locked.

The unit may not support the 

model of iPod you are currently 

using.

iPod is not installed 

properly.

iPod is locked.

iPod battery malfunction.

Solution

Please be sure that AC plug has 

been fully plugged into outlet.. 

Make sure the adaptor is proper fit

for your iPod.

Remove the iPod from the docking

and check the connections between

the docking and iPod. Then insert

the iPod to the docking again.

Pls make sure your iPod is working

properly before docking into the unit.

Connect your iPod to the unit via

AUX IN jack on the rear of unit.
