Taking Measurements

The starting point for measuring in the
pelvis area is the greater trochanter (fig. 1).

Measure circumferentially 6 cm above
the trochanter (fig. 2).

Measure circumferentially 25 cm
below the trochanter (fig. 3).

Circumference 3
Measure circumferentially 5 cm above
the top edge of the patella (fig. 4).
