The remote control
does not work
Weak batteries in the remote
control.
Replace the batteries, paying
attention to the correct polarity
when inserting them.
The vacuum cleaner is not
switched on or the battery does
not have enough charge to start
cleaning.
Make sure the vacuum cleaner is
switched on and recharge the
vacuum cleaner battery.
The infrared sensor of the remote
control is dirty or the infrared
signal sensor on the vacuum
cleaner is dirty.
Clean the remote control and the
vacuum cleaner.
There is signal interference
between the remote control and
the vacuum cleaner.
Avoid using near other infrared
devices.
If the problem persists, check that the battery is fully charged and then turn the vacuum cleaner off and
on.
BATTERY CARE
If you are going to transport the robotic vacuum cleaner or if you are not going to use it for a long
time, turn it off.
Recharge the battery to full capacity after three months of non-use.
If you are not using the robotic vacuum cleaner for a long time, switch it off and also disconnect
the charging station from the mains. Nevertheless, you should fully charge the vacuum cleaner
once every three months to prevent the battery from completely draining.
