Solution
The device response is slow.
Some Android OS applications are updated in the
background and these updates may temporarily slow
down the system response. Check if there is, for
example, downloading a new version of Google Play or
updating Google Services. If so, have the device
download and install these updates. Then we
recommend restarting the device.
The device can´t be switched on
Check if the device is connected to 230 V and check
HDMI cable connection with your TV.
The WiFi connection can´t be made
Check your WiFi router. Make sure that you have the
WiFi in your device enabled. Try also other devices, e. g.
