BEFORE FIRST USE
Your electric pressure cooker is delivered completely assembled. Follow the instructions below and
remove it to remove any contamination and familiarize yourself with the various parts prior to first
use.

Grasp the lid of the pot and rotate it counter clockwise until the vertical mark
is aligned with
the symbol
on the pressure cooker body. Then lift the cover upwards. Turn the top lid and
place it on the table.

Use the grip pin (

) and pull up to remove the sealing ring plate (

) from the lid of the pot. Remove
the sealing ring (

) from the sealing ring plate (

).
Remove the metal vent filter (

), see picture:
Although you do not need to clean the metal filter after every use, you should check it regularly and
clean it if necessary.

Pull out the steam cooker and the removable inner receptacle from the pot body.

Remove all packaging materials.

Then clean the lid cover with a damp, soapy cloth. Do not immerse the pot lid in water. Wash the
sealing cap, silicone sealant and metal valve in warm, soapy water. Thoroughly rinse and dry the
parts.
ATTENTION!
Never pour water into the pressure cooker and immerse the power cord in water.
Always make sure the inner removable container is completely dry before placing it in the
pressure cooker body.

After initial cleaning, reattach the top lid of the pot. When attaching the metal vent filter, secure it
over all three retaining clips. Then push it in place to hear the click sound when it is in the correct
position.

Install the silicone sealing ring. Grasp the retaining grip pin and use it to push the sealing cap
