General information
The temperature of the air inside the
vehicle is controlled using the controls on
the dashboard.
Heating is provided by a high voltage
electric heater and cooling is provided by
an all-electric air conditioning system.
Both of these systems are located under
the bonnet.
In addition to cooling the passenger
compartment, the air conditioning system
also cools the Battery coolant.
Note:
In high ambient temperatures, the
system may not be able to achieve the
desired passenger compartment
temperature. This is normal, with priority
being given to cooling the Battery to
ensure that cell temperatures stay within a
range that supports long life and efficient
performance.
