If the calibration values are incoherent, an error code appears and the values are not taken
into consideration.
After the instrument calibration and the setting of the measuring device, you can deactivate
the functions keys, this protects the operator against faulty input and faulty measuring
results. Only the key
, the external data switch entry and the R-M command are still
active, allowing measurements.
To deactivate the keyboard, switch off the instrument after setting the measuring device,
switch the selector 4 to ON, power on again the instrument. The lock sign appears on the
display, the keyboard is deactivated.
To animate the keyboard again, practice as before but switch the selector 4 to OFF.
