• The value of the measurement can be influenced by the presence
of sweat on the face, by a hat or a scarf.
• Assure that measurement will be performed at a distance between
1 and 3 cm.
• For a more precise measurement of body temperature, in the case
of an environment subject to sudden changes in temperature,
stabilize the thermometer, waiting 15-20 minutes before measuring.
In the presence of sweat on the forehead or other
factors that can lead to wrong temperature
measurement, measure the temperature behind the
earlobe.
Caution:
Dry sweat and move the hair away from forehead
before measurement.
