Run the power cord through the central gap between the two halves of the un-assembled base.

Connect two halves by pushing the plastic pegs on each half into the corresponding slots on the
other half.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the power cord passes through the guides on the rear half of the base.

Pull up the base locking nut and tighten it clockwise.
