Quick cleaning method
1. Half fill the jar with warm water and a small amount of detergent.
2. Turn to ‘Pulse’ function and hold for 1-2 seconds and then release for 10 seconds;
repeat 3-4 times.
3. Then remove the glass jar and rinse all carefully under running water.
Thorough Cleaning method
For thorough cleaning, disassemble all the parts, Jar, lid, blade unit, washer and
measuring cup, in warm soapy water.
Disassembly of the Blade unit:
Place the Glass jar with the Blade assembly upwards (FIG.1);
1- put the four slots(A) of the measuring cup(1) into the projecting rib(B) on the blade
base(2) (FIG.2) ;
2- then turn the measuring cup anticlockwise to unscrew the blade unit from jar and take
the blade unit out from jar.
3- Wash all parts thoroughly with water and dishwashing detergent
4- Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water.
5- Allow all the parts to dry off; then refit all the parts following the reverse of disassembly.
6- Don’t forget to reattach the sealing ring (3).
7- Be sure to check the blade unit is correctly assembed in place.
Caution: Take care when cleaning the blades as they are extremely sharp.
Note: Do not clean any part of the mentioned above in the dishwasher.
