Step 5 (Tank support assembly) 
 

a)  Loosen the pre-installed bolts on the tank support (G), 

align the holes of tank support with the holes on the 
right side panel, and screw the bolts from outside until 
secure. 

Step 4 (Assemble the front beam to the cart)
 

a)  Place the front beam (F) on the two cart side 

panels. 

b)  Align the two holes on the right end of front beam 

(F) with the top & side two holes on the frame of 
cart right side panel. 

c)  Insert one bolt (AA) with one spring washer (DD) 

and one flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled 
hole. Tighten bolts by hand until secured. 

d)  Repeat the procedure for the frame of cart left 

side panel. 

e)  Go back and tighten all bolts using the 

screwdriver provided.   

Step 6 (Basket assembly)

 

 

a)  Pull out the basket support (I) and loosen the 

pre-installed flat washer, spring washer and 
nut on the shaft of the basket. Insert the four 
shafts of the basket into the four holes of the 
basket support.   

b)  Insert the flat washer, spring washer and nut 

on to each shaft from bottom of the basket 
support. Tighten by hand until secured.
