Before first use
• Wash away any dirt left over from the manufacturing process with warm water. Do not use any cleaners or detergents.
• Heat the grill on a charcoal or gas grill or in the oven at approx. 200
°
C. Place the poultry roaster on the grid and wait for about 10 minutes until it heats
up to the required temperature. The heat will burn in the heat-resistant surface treatment and any minor dirt left over from the manufacturing process.
There may be an odour and some light smoke, which is safe and will soon disappear. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Using the roaster
• Remove the lid from the gravy container.
• Fill the container with the liquid, spice mix or marinade of your choice.
• Cover the container with the lid and make sure that it is securely closed.
• Place the chicken on the roaster. Make sure that it is in a stable position.
• Place the roaster with the chicken on a charcoal or gas grill or into the oven.
General safety instructions
ATTENTION: The poultry roaster is very hot after use. Use oven mitts when handling.
DANGER: The poultry roaster contains hot liquid. Keep the roaster level so that liquids do not spill out.
ATTENTION: Do not place the poultry roaster on inflammable or thermally unstable surfaces.
DANGER: Do not put high-percentage alcohol in the roaster. High-percentage alcohol releases vapour quickly and increases the risk of fire,
which can lead to severe burns and other damage.
Cleaning and care
Allow the poultry roaster to cool completely before handling and cleaning.
• Clean the poultry roaster thoroughly, then rinse it with clean water and wipe dry.
• Remove loose debris with a wet sponge (without abrasive layer).
• Dry the roaster with a soft, clean dishtowel. Try to avoid scratching the surface while wiping.
ATTENTION: Never use common oven cleaning products!

You have purchased a high-quality item. tepro Garten GmbH provides
a warranty for its products within its warranty conditions under normal,
recreational and non-commercial use for 24 months from the date of purchase
for all components covering defects and manufacturing errors. The warranty
excludesall parts subject to wear and tear, as well as imperfections and differences
in colour of the enamel coating and paint delamination caused by burnt grease,
slight corrosions such as rust bloom. All other costs incurred, such as required
working time, shipping, freight and packaging shall be borne by the buyer
in the case of a warranty claim.
The distributor reserves the right to bear any incurred costs or to charge the buyer.
This warranty does not cover malfunctions or user difficulties resulting from wilful
damage, misuse, modification, incorrect use, careless use, wear and tear,
improper assembly or poor maintenance.
