ASSEMBLY OF PACKING TABLE
Two people are recommended for assembly.
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver and

wrench or nut driver.
The reference numbers used throughout this sheet refer to the illustration on the back cover.
This is to help you to identify the various parts as they are mentioned.

For assembly of a butcher block top, lay the top on a flat
surface. Align the leg with the eight pre-drilled pilot holes.
Attach with eight #14 x 3/4” hex head slotted wood screws
(Ref. No. 14). Repeat with second leg. Once finished,
proceed to step 4.

Align the workbench leg (Ref. No. 2) with the four end holes.

the leg and the top. Then secure with

Repeat with the second leg. Once finished, proceed to step 4.

Turn workbench over. Place the lower shelf (Ref. No. 3) on
the brace of each leg. Attach with three

” bolts
and nuts on each end of the shelf.

For assembly of a butcher block top, proceed to step 3.
For assembly of a steel top packing table, lay
(Ref. No. 1) face
down on a protected flat surface. Attach the two mounting
brackets under the lip of the bench top for extra support, using
one bolt on each end of both brackets. The brackets should be
evenly spaced for maximum support. Continue to step 2.
NOTE: If installing the optional workbench drawer,
refer to the instructions supplied with the drawer
positioning of the mounting brackets.
