WARNING:

or explosion: Never use flammable liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or
combustible dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Keep sparks and open flame away.
Keep battery hood open when charging. Disconnect battery cables before servicing machine.
DAILY: BEFORE EACH USE
1.
Sweep and dust
mop floor before
scrubbing.

Make sure recovery
tank is empty and the
float screen is installed
and clean.
2.
Check battery
meter charge level.
7.
FaST Model -
Check the FaST--PAK
agent level. Replace
PAK as needed.
3.
Check all switches
and levers to make sure
they operate properly.
8.
FaST Model -
Check that the supply
hose is properly con-
nected to FaST--PAK.
4.
Check condition
of scrubbing pads.
Replace if worn.
9.
For Conventional
Scrubbing Only -
Fill
solution tank with water
(140
°
max.) and add

Clean squeegee
and check condition of
wiping edge. Rotate
blade if worn.

USE
CLEAR COOL WATER
ONLY. DO NOT add
cleaning agents into the
solution tank, FaST

DAILY: AFTER EACH USE
1.
Drain and rinse out
recovery tank.

Clean machine with
an all purpose cleaner
and damp cloth.
2.
Remove and rinse
off float screen filter.
7.
FaST Model -
Connect FaST--PAK
supply hose to storing
plug when not in use.
3.
Drain and rinse out
solution tank.
8.
Recharge batteries
ONLY if machine is used
30 minutes or more.
4.
Remove pads/
brushes and clean.
9.
Before charging,
check battery fluid level
in each battery cell.
5.
Wipe clean the
squeegee blades.
The fluid level (A)
should be 1/4” above
the battery plates (B).
Add distilled water if
needed. DO NOT
OVERFILL.

Refer to Operator’s Manual for further details.
1.
FaST Model -
Remove and clean the
solution tank filter
(clear bowl). Empty
tank before removing.
2.
Grease drive chain
and check the chain
tension.
3.
Lubricate caster
fittings with a water
resistant grease.
4.
Clean battery tops
and terminals. Use a
strong mixture of
baking soda and water.
5.
Check machine for
water leaks and loose
nuts and bolts.
