FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS

Inspect the front wheel bearings for seal damage,
and repack and adjust every 1600 hours of
operation. Use Lubriplate EMB grease
(TENNANT part no. 01433–1).

SIDE BRUSH PIVOT PINS

The side brush pivot pins should be lubricated
with Lubriplate EMB grease (TENNANT part no.
01433–1) every 200 hours of operation.

MAIN BRUSH ADJUSTMENT

The main brush adjustment, located on the right
side of the main brush, has one grease fitting for
lubrication. Lubricate the main brush adjustment
every 50 hours of operation with Lubriplate EMB
grease (TENNANT part no. 01433–1).
