Quick Tips
1. The indicator does not work during charging.
This is caused by low voltage of the battery. In the first harl
hour of charging, it charges in tiny current mode. During this
time, it is a normal case when the indicator does not work.
2. When the sound of earphone is too blurry.
please adjust the distance between the microphone and
mouth. Sometimes, this is caused by poor signal of
comminication channel, in this case, you should turn off the
call and redial it.
3. In the case that the bluetooth earphone can not be paired.
please disconnect it from the current bluetooth equipment.
If it still does not do, please power off the bluetooth ear
phone, then restart it.
4. In the case that it can not be solved through all the above
methods, please charge both the mobile phone and the
bluetooth earphone and retry.
