. Make sure that Micro-SIM card 

cut-off corner

 is 

pointing forward to slot. 

2.

 

Connect 

battery

 as shown to device.  

3.

 

Connect micro usb cable as shown  

4.

 

To power up TST100, connect green plug to the E-scooter 

5.

 

Open Teltonika configurator, select TST100 device and 
configure it according to your requirements (how to install 
drives on page 6)

 

6.  Once all done, disconnect TST100 from PC and E-scooter. Attach   
the lid by two screws as shown  
 

NOTE: E-scoter Firmware should be V3.1.1 or higher. Please 
contact Segway-Ninebot for firmware updates.
