When you are setting up events for digital inputs, you would need to configure the following

It’s the name of event and does not
have any effect on operation of event.
It’s just for easy identification in case
you have more than one event.

The time interval after which the event
will be sent to the logic function if the
event conditions still exist. (Noise
cancellation)
