Enter the correct PIN code supplied by your service provider
Contact your service provider to get the PUK code
This is seen with a foreign SIM card. The handset is locked to
Telstra. Contact your service provider to unlock your device.
The default handset security code is 0000
See the Technical Specifications below to check the file type
is supported by the handset.
On your PC or MAC, make sure the file and folder is closed. Re-
send the file to the handset using Join Me, Mass Storage Mode
or Bluetooth transfer.
