To program the no answer and busy call handling
method for specific types of calls
1. From the AUTOMATED ATTENDANT Menu, select [4];
you are transferred to the FORWARD Menu:
2. Choose the category of call that you wish to program;
you are transferred to the OPERATION Menu.
3. Proceed to select a call handling method, as in step 2 of
Part C, above;
you are returned to the FORWARD Menu, where you
can program further categories if you so desire. (You
are not required to program all six categories).
