Remote access can also occur via FTP. You can use FTP to transfer configuration files. You can also carry out func-
tions and traces with raw commands. Use the username
teles
and the defined password to connect to the sys-
tem with FTP.
The following entries ensure the security of your FTP access:
Once you have access to the system, you will be in the folder
/home/teles
. To upload or download configura-
tion files change to the directory
/boot
. To download log files, also change to the directory
/boot
.
The following commands can be carried out via FTP access:
If your FTP client does not support the site command, try “literal site” instead.

The following entry ensures the security of your remote access. Use the
mkpwd.exe
tool to generate the pass-
word. You will find it on the enclosed CD in the directory
pwd
.
