ETRX2: representing I/O pins

e.g. setting bit 7 to 1 will cause I/O7 to drive high (if
defined as an output in S16)
ETRX3: representing the I/O pins
xxxxxxxx <PC7…PC0> <PB7…PB0> <PA7…PA0>
e.g. setting bit 7 to 1 will cause PA7 to drive high
(depending on settings in S16 and S15)
