1. Go to
Menu > Contacts
.
2. Select
Options > Settings > Photo contact
.
3. Press the left
key, then press the / key to select a number from 1 to 8 in which a
phone number is to be stored.
4. Select
Options > Edit
. Then enter the name and number using the keypad.
5. Press the left
key and select
Save
to confirm.
To make a quick call for photo contact
1. From the main screen, press the key to select a photo associated number from 1 to 8
in which a phone number has been stored.
2. Press the
key to make a call.
Tip:
To access quick dial contacts, make sure the key is set as quick dial
contact access (go to:
Menu > Settings > Phone > Dedicated key > Down
> Photo contact
).
7.8 Using the phonebook (Contacts menu)
You can store contacts information in the phonebook. Contacts can be saved both on the
SIM card and the phone. The phone memory can hold up to 200 contacts.
To access the phonebook
1. Go to
Menu > Contacts
. Or from the main screen, press the right
key to access the
phone book.
2. Press the left
key to see available options:
View
Display name and number of selected contact.
Send SMS
Send a SMS message to the selected contact.
Send MMS
Send a MMS message to the selected contact.
Call
Call the selected contact.
Edit
Edit the selected contact.
Delete
Delete the selected contact from contact list.
Copy
Copy the selected contact from SIM card to phone and vice
versa.
Mark several
Select several or all contacts for sending SMS message, or
delete selected contacts.
Settings
Access the speed dial number/direct number/photo contact/
preferred storage settings and check memory status.
To search a contact
1. Go to
Menu > Contacts
.
2. Press any numeric key of 2 - 9, the cursor is highlighted in the search box.
3. Use the keypad to input the keywords for searching. The relevant contacts will be listed
on the screen.
