2.1 Mounting an FER785-MM Diode Laser Source
Although not necessary for operation, the FER785-MM Diode Laser Source can be
secured to an optical breadboard using the supplied adapter plate.
To secure the FER785-MM Diode Laser Source, insert the screws provided into the plate
and secure them to the bottom of the housing.
2.2 Host Computer Communications
The FER785-MM Diode Laser Source communicates with the host computer using
standard USB 2.0 protocols.
2.3 Certifications
The FER785-MM Diode Laser Source complies with the following certifications:
• CE;
• CDRH;
• IEC 60825-1:2007.
