Replacing Internal Particulate Filter  

1.

 

Disconnect power from the 465M. 

2.

 

Loosen the six screws from the top cover (Rack Mount Configuration, see Figure 
9-1) or open front panel (NEMA Configuration, see Figure 9-2.) 

3.

 

Remove the six screws and top cover from the instrument. 

4.

 

Locate the particulate housing filter on the rear panel (Rack Mount Configuration, 
see Figure 9-1) or the bottom panel (NEMA Configuration, see Figure 9-2.) 

5.

 

Loosen the four screws on the sample filter body (see Figure 9-3.)
