TROUBLESHOOTING JOIN ME
If you are having trouble connecting, check the following before trying again:
•
Make sure the phone is powered ON and that you have connected the
correct USB data lead securely from the phone to the USB port on your
computer.
•
Check My Computer to see if the Join Me CD drive has launched in
background which may stop you from connecting the Join Me window. Right
click on CD Drive Join Me and select “Eject” .

Check that drivers are installed correctly using Windows Device Manager -
