By default, Behnke SIP electronics come pre-set
to automatic IP configuration via DHCP. It will
automatically obtain its IP address from a DHCP
server, where available. Otherwise, cf. page 29
or 39.

(adjustable with 0.4x2 slotted screwdriver)

(LF audio output) and for contacting the relay
(potential-free normally open contact)

(cover cap removed through strain relief)
Caution: For wiring, cf. page 36 of this manual or
the label next to the plug on the housing
After the power supply has been established, it
takes about 90 seconds for the door intercom
station to automatically start to announce its IP
address. Once you have heard this signal, your
intercom station is available.
Caution:
When you connect your SIP door intercom
station to a new network, it may take up to 5 min-
utes before the device will obtain a new IP address
from the DHCP server.
