The device is connected with the router but cannot access
the Internet.
Check and ensure that the device is connected to the Global Connect
router.
Check the power status to ensure that the router is powered on.
Check the signal strength to ensure that the area is covered by 3G network.
Check whether the network adapter of your device is running normally.

The Device cannot access the Wi-Fi?
You may have interferences between the device and the router.
Try to keep your device away from other electrical devices such as microwave.
