Loopback Settings
There is a special network that isn’t associated to any interface. This network is usually used for administrative
tasks and is known as
loopback
. In this section you can define its IP address and network mask.

2.6.3 DMVPN
A DMVPN network is made up of a next-hop server known as a HUB. This has a public IP address, destination for
the tunnels that the remote devices establish (REGESTA-PLC), and a private destination IP address for the GRE
tunnels that are necessary to transport the routing protocol.
Each HUB operates in a terminator. The latter can have several HUBs available, operating over different subinter-
faces.
On this page, you can configure the GRE tunnel global parameters and the data necessary to configure each HUB
that intervenes in the network.
