Your phone automatically acquires an IP address via a DHCP server in the network.
The device creates a connection to the wireless network access point and requests an IP
address. You can access the wireless network as soon as the address is assigned. The Web con-
figurator can now be accessed via a PC, where you configure further settings, e.g., your VoIP
accounts (
In the following instances, the network configuration is not yet complete and further settings
must be made:

It is possible to avoid sending the SSID
and therefore hide the WLAN. Such
WLANs cannot be found during a net-
work search. If the WLAN that you want to
connect to prevents the SSID from being
sent, you will have to connect manually.

Wireless networks are encrypted to pre-
vent unauthorised call screening.
Ask your network administrator for the
encryption code.
