Speci fi cations
The speci fi cations in the following tables apply to a P7313SMA probe installed on a TDS6804 oscilloscope. The probe must
have a warm-up period of at least 20 minutes and be in an environment that does not exceed the limits described. (See
Table 4.) Speci
fi cations for the P7313SMA differential probe fall into three categories: warranted, typical, and nominal
characteristics.
Warranted Characteristics
Warranted characteristics describe guaranteed performance within tolerance limits or certain type-tested requirements. (See
Table 4.) Warranted characteristics that have checks in the
Performance Veri fi cation section are marked with the symbol.
