Sbavare il tubo rimuovendo ogni residuo del taglio

Aprire la barra flangiatubo svitando le manovelle
3.
Inserire il tubo di rame della misura desiderata lasciando che sporga di circa 3 mm dalla superficie della barra
4.
Richiudere la barra
5.
Lubrificare con l’apposito olio il cono
6.
Inserire la barra in mezzo ai braccetti del flangiatubo facendo attenzione che si incastri bene
7.
Posizionare il tubo bloccato sulla barra sotto il cono facendo attenzione di centrarlo bene
8.
Avvitare la manovella superiore fino a creare la cartella
9.
Svitare la manovella ed estrarre il tubo
Cod.11132007. Se il flangiatubo viene usato come allargatubo basta sostituire al cono gli allargatori svitandolo dalla
sede ed eseguire le stesse operazioni.

Deburr the tube removing any residue from the cut

Open the pipe flange bar by unscrewing the cranks
3.
Insert the copper tube of the desired size leaving it protruding about 3 mm from the surface of the bar
4.
Close the bar
5.
Lubricate the cone with the appropriate oil
6.
Insert the bar in the middle of the arms of the pipe flange, making sure that it fits well
7.
Place the blocked tube on the bar under the cone, taking care to center it well
8.
Screw the upper crank until the folder is created
9.
Unscrew the crank and remove the tube
Cod. 11132007. If the pipe flange is used as a pipe expander, simply replace the cone with the expanders by unscrewing it
from its seat and carry out the same operations.
