The warranty runs for
1
year from the date of delivery.
The supplier guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the curtain itself. The
warranty covers all defects in materials and production, as well as the supply of spare parts to replace any faulty parts,
without this giving any entitlement to indemnity, interest or claims for Damages. Returned air curtains must be sent,
carriage paid, to the manufacturer, and must be perfectly intact and accompanied by a note listing the defects found,
otherwise the warranty shall not be valid. The warranty does not cover the replacement of any parts damaged as a
result of:
- transport;
- installation failing to conform to the specifications set forth in the instruction and maintenance manual;
- non observance of specifications;
- lack of maintenance;
- or owing to any cause not related to original defects in materials or construction.
These units have been constructed in accordance with the Basic Safety Requirements provided for by European
Directives:
-EEC 73/23 (LV) on Electrical Safety and subsequent amendments
-EEC 89/336 (EMC) on Electromagnetic Compatibility and subsequent amendments.
The equipment and parts must be disposed of in conformity with the laws governing differentiated waste disposal
and/or recycling.
