INSTALLATION
1. Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel according to Standard CEI 64-8.
2. The power line to the pump must be independent and protected with a differential switch In=30mA max. Power the pump
with a separate line from the conditioning unit.
3. Check that the electricity voltage corresponds to that required by the pump, as show on the rating plate.
4. The power plug must be inserted into an earthed socket (safe and efficient). Do not install the pump if there is no protection
circuit (earth).
5. The pump should not be installed outdoors (exposed to weather and rain) or in places where there could be water jets or
spray and/or an ambient temperature lower than 5°C.
6. Do not cover the pump casing with cloths or other things. Make sure all the openings in the casing are always unobstructed:
they are used to drain off excess water if the drainage pump is faulty.
7. First of all pull the card out of the motor cover slot. This special card is used to protect the switch in transit.
8. Place the pump on a flat perfectly horizontal surface or wall-mount close to the conditioning unit, securing it through the
special slots on the tank.
